Collect form submissions from your visitors on Telegram

As we know, Blogger's Contact Form API was recently updated and now requires a token each time to successfully submit the form, which means you have to add the Contact Form Widget via the layout, which results in a load page slow due to Blogger widgets javascripts, which we were using only in the form page above. Most bloggers use Telegram, so I came up with a new post titled How to Create Contact Form Using Telegram Bot API.
Today I will share codes that will allow you to receive form submissions directly to your Telegram group. You can also add additional fields in this form i.e. mobile number, website or anything, which was not possible in Blogger contact form.
This is an educational tutorial. Please consider using it for a good intention.
Requirements
A Telegram bot, if you don't have it, you can read the documentation here. Bot API token required.
The id of a Telegram group, for that create a private group, log in to Telegram Web, open the group and you will get the group id in the URL i.e. -1200190470, add 100 right after:sign and before 1200190470 , now the chat id will be -1001200190470 just keep that in mind Don't forget to add the bot in your group.
Using a supergroup is not recommended, as anyone with the group name can easily join and read your visitors' posts.
Limitations
The user cannot send messages that contain more than 3,000 characters, as Telegram has a limit when sending messages that are longer than 4,096 characters. To make sure all submissions are successful, we need to set a limit of less than 4096 characters, that is 3000 characters.
How to create a contact form?
Step 1: First of all, login to your Blogger dashboard.
Step 2 – In the Blogger Dashboard, click Pages.
Step 3 – Create a new page by clicking the icon or click on the existing page to add codes there.
Step 4 – Switch to HTML view.
Step 5 – Paste the following codes into it and publish your page.

It is not at all safe to make your bot API token publicly available. Use any javascript obfuscator to obfuscate the form configuration codes after making all the changes. You can revoke and generate a new API token from your bot through Bot Father any time you think something is wrong with the bot token.
