Disavow: You can disavow the currently viewed link on all three disavow scope pages, domain and home root. Make sure the box is checked.
You can also rate the link.
With "Go to page" you can quickly jump to another result, to continue your work where you left off last time.

The currently selected link is highlighted as a link on the preview page and displays the HTML code. In the HTML code you sometimes find hints about sponsor links, paid links because someone (pretty dumb) added CSS classes for them. If you find such clues, you should disavow the link as soon as possible.
